Preschool
It is the philosophy of First Presbyterian Preschool that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring, and discovery. This Christ-centered preschool's purpose is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development of the child as a whole.
Sunday School
Our children begin in worship, and then come out to meet for discussion, worship, and games that bring our Christian faith to life. Once a month we all gather for Children's Church in the Fellowship Hall to learn and enjoy the various elements of Reformed worship through media, music, and drama. Nursery care is provided for our younger kiddos. Come and join the fun!
3rd-5th Graders
All children in grades 3 thru 5 are invited to not only Sunday School, but various relationship-building events throughout the year. Some events that we hope to organize will include bowling, movie night, and game nights. Parents are encouraged to join us for the fun and memories.
Confirmation Program
Confirmation is a time set apart for teens to further explore their spiritual beliefs while participating in educational classes and creative experiences. Each youth will be asked to explore various aspects of worship, theology, and service through uses of art, conversation, and writing.
Tequesta/Jupiter-Town Christians (TJTX)
grades 6-8
Our middle school group meets each Sunday evening from 5-7PM for discussion, and then gathers with our high school youth for games, and a community meal. Throughout the year we will have various opportunities for mission and service, special outings, and retreats. Bring your friends!
Best Youth Group Ever (BYGE)
grades 9-12
Our high school group meets each Sunday evening from 6-8PM. Just as with the middle school group, all youth share in a common meal and activity from 6-7PM, and then our high school students gather for discussion around issues that are important to them. Such topics will include how pop-culture integrates into our faith lives, as well as basic conversations around what Christians believe and why. Each summer our students have the opportunity for various service and conference trips for spiritual nourishment.
